Excellent customer service is not dead! Originally the (beautiful) wreath showed up w/a few pieces broken off (I think we can point the finger at USPS for that.) Contacted the seller - they sent me a new one and said to wait until the new one showed up to make sure it was all right, and that then they'd send me a postage-paid return label. The replacement wreath arrived in excellent shape - we love it - original, interesting, fun.
