Extremely high quality product and exactly as described. The advertised picture is an accurate portrayal. The color and the paper bag design are perfect!! The strap is made quality material and securely attached to the concrete planter. No need to worry about the strap unraveling or being able to support the weight of your plant?? Also, Jin is very nice and provides excellent customer service?? There was an issue with UPS's notification system providing updates. I contacted the Seller to see whether they aware of any problems. Jin checked into it, immediately, and sent me the missing shipment info. My order arrived as scheduled and securely packaged.
